This is a process of learning more about whom you are and what is preventing you, or helping you, to achieve these goals. I have a very interactive counseling/coaching style and primarily use a cognitive-behavioral theoretical approach. I meet you “where you are” in life and we work from there.
Fees are charged on a per session basis, payable at the time of each session. Regular sessions last 60 minutes.
If you have insurance coverage and I am an “in-network” provider; I can bill your insurance company directly. Please contact me and we can discuss your coverage if you have questions about it.
