• 4 years as a Clinical Consultant/Counselor in Psychological Counseling
• Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology
• Bachelors Degree in Business/Accounting
• Registered Counselor in Washington State
• Approved Provider for Washington State Crime Victims Compensation

Clinical Counseling/Coaching:

Four years in private practice as a Mental Health Counselor.  My emphasis is on “empowering” individuals and/or couples in creating the life that they want.  This is a process of learning more about whom you are and what is preventing you, or helping you, to achieve these goals.  I have a very interactive counseling/coaching style and primarily use a cognitive-behavioral theoretical approach.  I meet you “where you are” in life and we work from there. 

Fees are charged on an hourly basis, payable at the time of each session. A sliding scale may be considered based on the client's ability to pay.
